Our services
Pools at HOAs, apartments and facilities see heavier use than a backyard pool, so service is built around more frequent testing and closer attention to the equipment.
Hot tubs hold a small volume of hot water and a concentrated bather load, so chemistry changes quickly. Service covers the water and the filters and checks the jets, pumps and heater, and the water needs draining and refilling from time to time.
If the water level keeps dropping faster than evaporation explains, drops even with the pump off or you are adding water every few days, leak detection uses pressure testing on the plumbing lines and dye testing at fittings, lights, skimmers and returns to find where water is escaping, without digging.
Weekly service covers the water, the surfaces and the equipment in one visit: skimming, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking the filter and testing and balancing the water.
Preparing a pool for a quieter winter, with the water balanced and the equipment protected for the cold nights the Coastal Bend does get.
An inspection looks at the pool, its equipment and its water before you buy a home or when you want to know where things stand.
Ongoing maintenance keeps the equipment and the water in shape all year, with regular checks of the pump, filter and heater and the chemistry adjusted as the weather changes.
Getting a pool ready for heavier summer use: cleaning, starting and checking the equipment and balancing the water.
Backyard pools get one local team for the whole year, from weekly cleaning to equipment checks.
Fountains, waterfalls and other water features need the same attention to water quality and circulation as a pool, on a regular schedule so the water stays clear and the pumps keep running.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.

NOAA’s 1991 to 2020 normals for Corpus Christi International Airport show an August average high of 94.4 F and low of 75.0 F. Hot water uses up sanitizer quickly and gives algae an easy start, so weekly testing and balancing through the summer keeps the water ahead of it.
The same station averages about 43 nights a year at or below freezing, almost all from December through February. Most pools run through the winter, but on freezing nights keep the pump running so water keeps moving through the equipment.
Corpus Christi’s Drought Contingency Plan ties watering restrictions to the levels of Lake Corpus Christi and Choke Canyon Reservoir. Those stages change as the reservoirs rise and fall, and restrictions can limit refilling, so leaks are worth finding early.
Hurricane Harvey made landfall near Rockport as a Category 4 storm on August 25, 2017. Before a storm, secure loose furniture around the pool. After it, baskets and filters are cleared and the water is rebalanced before anyone swims.
