For regular service, we can usually get you on our schedule within a few days. For repairs or green pools, we often have same-day or next-day availability.

Q: What if I'm not home?

Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.

Q: Do you offer one-time cleaning?

Yep. Whether you’re hosting a party, getting the house ready to sell, or just need a one-time cleanup, we can help.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Andrew Wiggins is my pool tech and he was amazing. This was the first time in over 10 years that we have closed our pool. My husband has always taken care of it and we kept it open because we both loved seeing the water even during the winter. My husband passed away on 9/16, and I realized that I couldn’t take care of the pool on my own. I reached out to Puddle Pools and the owner, Scott, reached out to me immediately. Andrew got to my house at 10 am and had my pool cleaned, chemicals balanced, water lines cleared, pump taken care of, and the cover on before 2 pm. He was so personable, professional, kind, caring, and efficient. I have already asked them to open my pool in the spring and provide weekly service. They will also be replacing my pool liner.
Scott was upfront with pricing. Andrew told me exactly what he was doing, what needed to be done, and the repairs he made. I HIGHLY recommend them. I could not be more pleased with the service that they provided and the care and attention I received. Thank you so much Andrew and Scott. I truly appreciate you both.
