Puddle Pools has been great to work with. Sam, in particular, has been so helpful. I purchased new equipment, and not only did they install it perfectly, they worked with me to understand how to operate it properly, and they held my hand through the first freeze of the season, making sure I had no problems through the winter.

Puddle Pool Services maintains the pool at our boutique hotel in North Dallas 75240. Subhash provides the reliability and professionalism our guests expect.

As facilities manager, I need pool service that works around our guest schedule and maintains crystal clear water daily. Subhash services our pool three times per week, communicates via text about chemical levels, and addresses any issues immediately.

During the freeze last weekend, he called Thursday to coordinate continuous equipment operation. He understood we couldn't close the pool to guests, so he worked with our staff to maintain safe operations while protecting equipment from cold damage. The pool stayed open and all equipment survived.

Commercial hospitality properties have unique requirements - guest safety, aesthetic standards, flexible scheduling. Subhash gets it.

Recently switched to Puddle Pool after my previous company raised their monthly service fee, and I’m really glad I did! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and the technician kept me informed with an accurate arrival time. He did an excellent job cleaning the filter, thoroughly vacuumed the pool (there were a lot of leaves), and made sure the water was properly balanced before leaving.
