We moved to University Park about a year ago, and during that time we tried two different pool companies. Unfortunately both of them were pretty inconsistent and sometimes completely MIA, which was frustrating.
Since switching to Puddle Pool Services, things have been totally different. They are consistent, communicate well, and always show up when they say they will. They’ve been taking great care of both our pool and water features, and everything has been running perfectly.

Puddle Pools has been great to work with. Sam, in particular, has been so helpful. Puddle Pool Services maintains the pool at our boutique hotel in North Dallas 75240. Subhash provides the reliability and professionalism our guests expect.

As facilities manager, I need pool service that works around our guest schedule and maintains crystal clear water daily. Subhash services our pool three times per week, communicates via text about chemical levels, and addresses any issues immediately.

During the freeze last weekend, he called Thursday to coordinate continuous equipment operation. He understood we couldn't close the pool to guests, so he worked with our staff to maintain safe operations while protecting equipment from cold damage. The pool stayed open and all equipment survived.
