Plus they are super friendly and great with communication. I also appreciate getting a report of when they were here and what they did with each service.. I haven’t seen this before. We were struggling with a pool that multiple companies couldn’t get clear no matter what they tried. Puddle Pools came out, took one look at it, explained exactly what was going on, and within a short time the pool looked crystal clear again. Our tech, Raine, was awesome. Super professional, showed up in full uniform, drove a clean and professional-looking service van, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell this company actually cares about quality and customer service. One of my favorite parts is that after every visit, I get photos and a full service report so I always know exactly what was done and how the pool is looking. That level of communication is rare these days. Their pricing was also extremely competitive, but honestly, after seeing the level of service they provide, I’d gladly pay more.
