We have a complicated in ground pool/spa. The original cover was allowing a lot of debris to enter the pool during the off season. Our old pool company was terribly unreliable, so I was looking for a new company when I finally came across Puddle Pool Services. From the first phone call to the most recent service I knew we were in good hands. The owner (Dennis), personally came out several times himself not only to assess our needs, but to dig in himself to get the job done (thanks, Dennis!). The entire staff at Puddle is very friendly and can-do. They are dedicated to getting the job done correctly, and do not cut corners. I’m happy to say that after what seemed like a nightmare scenario—a dark green swamp of a in-ground pool— just a few weeks ago has turned into beautiful sparkling pool. I highly recommend Puddle Pool Services. Bottom line is they will get the job done in a professional and courteous way. What more can you ask?

I just wanted to give a review. I had Pete from Puddle Pool. Come to my house to inspect a issue that I had over the winter that occurred with my built-in pool and I just wanted to let everybody know how professional knowledgeable and helpful they were. Hopefully all will work out, and they will be back to take care of it. They came even though they’re two hours away from me and I would not hesitate recommending Pete and his team for any service or any questions that come up regarding your Pools wonderful service thank you so much Pete you were great.
I was SO glad to find Puddle Pools. My home has a single-body jetted tub, and when the motor broke, we wanted to fix w/ upgrade of an in-line heater. After both regular plumbers and other tub/pool specialists refused to touch my "indoor/in-between" tub, I found my solution in Puddle Pools. Manager Dennis was helpful for intake and setup, and all remote correspondence was prompt, informative, and professional. The technicians sent were top-notch. Pete did a great job spec'ing out the job, making sure we got only/exactly the right parts, and was tenacious to find a creative solution in the limited space and piping we had to work with. Mark, who joined for the later visits, assured all fittings were secure and leaks treated. Both Pete and Mark were consistently prompt, patient, professional, and rightfully PROUD of their work. Absolutely. We service both portable hot tubs and in-ground spas. We handle cleaning, chemical balancing, filter changes, and repairs.
How quickly can you come out?
For regular service, we can usually get you on our schedule within a few days. For repairs or green pools, we often have same-day or next-day availability.
What if I'm not home?
Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.
