After having so many problems in getting our hot tub fixed the right way we found the most competent and professional company in Puddle Pool Services. Their communication was spot on. They followed through with everything that was to be done. They came out in brutal cold weather to help us. Their work was meticulous and corrected our problems. They followed up after to ensure that everything was good. In other words if you have a problem with your pool or hot tub there is no one else I would recommend. Puddle Pool Services. It was a pleasure to work with Jeff and Shawn. Plus you get a detailed invoice describing their work.

I would rate Puddle Pool Services 5 stars. We had a leak in our hot tub and none of the other pool or hot tub services would even call me back. I went on Angie's List and Puddle Pool was recommended. I left a message and in a short time Jeff, the owner, called me back. Within two days he sent Sean to look at the problem. Sean arrived at the appointed time and within one hour had the leak repaired and was on his way.
