What Pool Cleaning Covers in Aldergrove
What could be better than taking a late-night dip in a backyard pool? For many property owners in Aldergrove, this is just another day at home. Pools, hot tubs and water features are becoming increasingly popular additions to single homes and multi-unit living spaces. As nice as these additions might be, keeping them clean can be anything but!
From managing chemical and sanitizer levels, to scrubbing away stains and maintaining hardware, it does not take much for these chores to become overwhelming - and that is why you should trust a Puddle Pro with your Aldergrove pool cleaning services. Whether at home or at work, our team of experienced technicians can care for pools and hot tubs of any shape and size.
The Importance of Regular Pool Care
In the past, a pool and spa might seem like a luxury addition to any property, but these water features are becoming more and more common. With more and more residents spending more and more time at home, it is no wonder that property owners are adding this aspect of relaxation to their space.
When it comes to regular pool care, there is a big difference between caring for a public pool and a private one. While the Township of Langley might pick up the slack in a public domain, private pools are the sole responsibility of owners, including liability. Without regular pool services, it does not take long for water features to become cloudy or contaminated.
While caring for water is key to a safe environment, surrounding areas are often left out in the cold - sometimes literally! It is important to manage pool equipment as well, during regular maintenance. You might skim surfaces or empty a skimmer basket now and then but it is important to care for the filtration system as well. Your filter system is the heart and soul of your pool, so it is important to inspect cartridges and even sand, depending on the style of filter in play.
In a high traffic environment, it is extremely important to take stock of water chemistry. Neglecting pH levels or chlorine levels can result in RWIs (recreational water illness) for guests, as well as having a negative impact on your feature overall. From pool covers to water balance, there is nothing that our team can’t handle.
Puddle Pool Pros: Getting Great Results For Your Pool
When it comes to pool cleaning in Aldergrove, no one does it better than our Puddle Pool Specialists. No matter the time of year, it is important to cater your care to the condition of your pool, as well as the climate around it. A testing kit might alert you to an issue with water balance, but it does not help you shock the pool. After years in the industry, our technicians understand how to treat features from top to bottom.
For example, caring for equipment during an opening and closing is important to ensuring they work when you need them to. Forgetting a pool vacuum right before a freeze, can lead to cracking and that is why a proper closing is so important. One call to our experts can inspect your pool filter and drop your water level.
Our fully insured services include in-depth cleaning on a regular schedule or as a one-time service. When you are ready to protect your swimming environment and your pool or spa, call a Puddle Pro today. Our experts can offer not only expert service but helpful tips to improve the function of your feature, such as identifying problematic plant life that might be impacting your pool circulation. Aldergrove Pool Cleaning: Frequently Asked Questions
How much does pool cleaning cost in Aldergrove?
Weekly Maintenance, Small Pool (Up to 12x24): $266 to $288 CAD a month. Weekly Maintenance, Medium Pool (Standard 16x32): From $288 CAD a month. Weekly Maintenance, Large Pool (20x40+): From $312 CAD a month. Chemicals Only: $188 to $244 CAD a month. Full Service (Cleaning + Chemicals): $288 to $312 CAD a month. One-Time Green-to-Clean Recovery: $388 to $588 CAD. Final cost depends on pool size, water condition, equipment, accessibility, service frequency and chemical needs.
Why is my pool still cloudy right after a cleaning?
Cleaning removes debris and corrects the chemistry, but the filter still needs time to clear fine particles from the water. Slight cloudiness usually settles as the pump runs. If it does not clear, or it gets worse, let your technician know so the filter and chemistry can be checked.
Can my hot tub be cleaned on the same visit?
Yes. If you have a hot tub as well as a pool, it can be serviced on the same visit and the same plan.
How often should a pool be professionally cleaned?
Most pools in regular use are serviced weekly through the swimming season, because skimming, brushing and chemical balance all drift within days rather than weeks. Pools that are used less, or that are covered for part of the year, are often fine on a visit every other week. The right interval depends on how much the pool is used, how much tree cover sits above it and the local climate, so it is worth asking for a recommendation for your own pool.
What is included in a pool cleaning visit?
A standard visit covers the water, the surfaces and the equipment: skimming debris from the surface, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, checking the filter and testing and balancing the water chemistry. Doing all of it on one visit matters because these jobs undo each other if they are done separately.
Travis responded promptly to me, for servising my above ground pool. He and his team came on time, did a perfect job, sent detailed report above the condition of my pool and when he found holes in my liner, I asked him to fix it and he did right the next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Travis for your work ethics and excellence.
