A hot tub visit checks the water level, tests and balances the water, scrubs the walls and scum line, vacuums and cleans the filter, with an E-Report each visit. We recommend a full refresh every 3 to 4 months, and short term rental hot tubs can be serviced after every checkout.
Weekly visits cover water testing and chemical balancing, equipment monitoring, vacuuming, brushing the walls and tile, emptying the pump and skimmer baskets, cleaning the filter and netting the surface, with an E-Report after every service. We look after inground and saltwater pools, not above ground pools.
We book closings in September for October and November. A closing nets, brushes and vacuums the pool, tests the water, lowers it below the return lines, cleans the filter, blows out every line, adds winterizing chemicals, plugs the lines, puts a Gizzmo in each skimmer and fits the winter cover.

Recently moved into a house that has a hot tub. Asked for a quote and received one that day. Got scheduled and it was cleaned, drained and chemically balanced all in one day. Had issues warming up the water again (new to hot tubs) but Trish was able to assist over the phone quick and helped us get it back running. 10/10 would recommend!
My hot tub chemical were all messed up and they got them under control. They provided reliable biweekly service and my hot tub has never looked better.
Puddle Pools provided start up, liner install and maintenance for us in Summer 2025. They were by far the best price and John was very diligent in completing the patches and resurfacing required before the liner install. Though we had a bit of a slow start in the process, in the end everything worked out well. John even helped us with light bulb installation and walked us through a couple maintenance issues on off-service days. And when maintenance for the season started it was always timely, thorough and well communicated. if you have a pool I'm sure you have found that there are more fly-by-night operators and unreliable folks than reliable ones. John and Puddle Pools were reliable and trustworthy. We are definitely using them again next year and I highly recommend them.
