Great service! Fast, friendly, and very helpful. I knew nothing about the hot tub that came with our house, but they helped me every step of the way and gave great resources to help me understand how to care for and operate the hot tub.

This was my first experience with a pool service. My pool cover had torn, and to say it was a mess is an understatement. Think stump-water with tadpoles as big as carp!! From the initial visit, the crew was nothing short of professional. Very communicative with the plan. They are knowledgable, punctual, hardworking and, as already mentioned, professional and communicative. They educated me along the way and offered many cost saving suggestions along with leaving me with care instructions. I highly recommend Puddle for all your pool needs. My pool is full, sparkling clean water and no tadpoles!!

Pool Services Knoxville Residents Trust

Weekly Pool Cleaning
Let’s be honest, between work, kids, and everything else, who has time to scoop leaves, check pH levels, and clean filters every week? Our weekly service keeps your pool sparkling without you lifting a finger. We handle the brushing, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. You just handle the splashing.

Hot Tub Maintenance
Hot tubs are amazing, until they’re not. Cloudy water? Low heat? Jets acting up? We service all major brands and can troubleshoot just about anything. Regular maintenance keeps your spa running smoothly and helps prevent those costly repairs Knoxville homeowners know all too well.

Pool Equipment Repair
Pump making strange noises? Filter not doing its job? Heater refusing to heat? We’ve seen (and fixed) it all. Our technicians service pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and saltwater systems. With common parts stocked on our trucks, many repairs are completed the same day.

Leak Detection
Seeing the water level drop faster than normal? It may not just be summer evaporation — especially with Knoxville’s humid heat. We use professional leak-detection tools to pinpoint problems in your pool shell, plumbing lines, or equipment so you’re not stuck refilling it every day.

Pool Opening & Closing
Knoxville winters aren’t brutal, but they’re cold enough to make pool closing a smart move. We’ll winterize your system in the fall and get everything opened up, cleaned, and ready for swimming when spring rolls back around. No surprises, no headaches.

Green Pool Recovery
It happens. Maybe you were out of town, or the pump quit, or life just got busy. If your pool’s turned green, cloudy, or swamp-like, we can bring it back. We’ve restored some seriously rough pools and we’ll get yours back to clear, clean, and swimmable again.

Why Knoxville Homeowners Choose Puddle Pools

Look, there are plenty of pool companies in Knoxville. Here’s why people stick with us:

We actually answer the phone. Try us. Seriously. Call right now 865-317-9722 someone local will pick up. No voicemail maze, no call center three states away.

We show up on schedule. If we say we’ll be there Wednesday between 10 and noon, we’ll be there Wednesday between 10 and noon. Wild concept, we know.

No sneaky upsells. If your pool needs a new pump, we’ll tell you. If it doesn’t, we won’t push one on you. Our reputation in Knoxville neighborhoods matters more than squeezing out an extra sale.

We know Knoxville pools. Heavy leaf drop in the fall? Check. Pollen that turns everything yellow in spring? Oh yeah. Sudden summer storms that dump debris into your water? We handle it all. Local problems need local experience — and we’ve got plenty.

Common Pool Problems in Knoxville & How We Fix Them

Hard Water & Mineral Buildup
Knoxville’s water can carry plenty of minerals, especially in areas with older plumbing. This leads to scale on tile, cloudy water, and strain on your equipment. We balance your chemistry to prevent buildup and can remove existing deposits before they cause damage.

Pollen Season
Every spring, Knoxville gets hit with that thick yellow pollen that coats everything, including your pool. We increase skimming, clean your filters more frequently, and make sure baskets don’t clog so your water stays clear instead of turning hazy.

Summer Evaporation
Hot, humid Tennessee summers still cause steady evaporation sometimes up to a quarter-inch a day. We help you tell the difference between normal water loss and a possible leak that needs attention.

Equipment Strain from Heat
When Knoxville hits those upper-90° days, your pool system works overtime. Pumps run hotter, motors can overheat, and plastic components can warp. During service visits, we check all equipment to catch issues early and prevent surprise breakdowns.

Algae When You’re Away
Going on vacation? We offer vacation service to keep your pool healthy while you’re gone. Nobody wants to return from a trip to find their pool bright green we make sure that doesn’t happen.
