We were in need of a pool service and had a few existing pool problems. I contacted three pool companies and Puddle Pool Service responded quickly, professionally and with expertise. We are new to their service however, initially I would give them a 10. Excellent customer service.

We had used another company for the last 8 years. Switched pool service to Puddle Pools. Pool cleaning service was done as anticipated. I was provided with an email detailing all that was done by technician. Service cost is reasonable for each month and look forward to having my pool and hot tub looking clean and sparkling as expected. Keep up the great work. PPS.

My pump stopped working and I wanted to get it fixed as quick as possible .Brandon showed up within an hour figured out I needed a new pump and came and replaced it. Great, thanks to him and Puddle Pool services.
