Our services
Between work, family, and everything else on your schedule, keeping up with pool maintenance every week can be tough. Our weekly pool service keeps your water clean, clear, and swim ready without you doing a thing. We handle the brushing, vacuuming, skimming, chemical testing, and equipment checks. You just enjoy the pool.
Hot tubs are relaxing until something goes wrong. Cloudy water, weak jets, or temperature issues can quickly ruin the experience. We service all major hot tub brands and can diagnose most problems quickly. Routine maintenance helps keep everything running smoothly and prevents costly repairs later.
Living in Wedgefield, FL, many homeowners enjoy having a swimming pool or pool spa in their backyard. However, to keep your pool in top condition, regular inspections are necessary.
Water features add beauty to any space. In Wedgefield, FL, they are popular in both homes and businesses. But they need care to stay beautiful.
Strange pump noises, poor filtration, or a heater that will not turn on are all signs something needs attention. Our technicians repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and pool automation equipment. We carry common parts on our trucks, which means many repairs can be completed the same day.
If your pool is losing water faster than normal, it may not just be evaporation in the Florida heat. Our team uses professional leak detection tools to locate problems in the pool structure, plumbing lines, or equipment before the issue becomes expensive.
Even though Florida pools stay open most of the year, many homeowners still reduce usage during cooler months. When you are ready to get everything back in full swim mode, we make sure your equipment, water chemistry, and systems are ready for the season.
Sometimes pools get out of balance. Maybe you were traveling, equipment stopped working, or chemicals were missed for a while. If your pool has turned green, we can help. We have restored pools that looked beyond saving and brought them back to clean, blue water.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.
Look, there are plenty of pool companies serving the Orlando area. Here is why Wedgefield homeowners keep choosing us:
A Florida family team. Brett Sandh’s team is a Floridian, family operated business, and Brett is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
Pools and stand alone hot tubs. We specialize in pools and stand alone hot tubs, residential and commercial, and work on concrete, vinyl and fiberglass pools.
No pushy sales tactics. If your pool needs a repair, we will explain the issue and fix it. If everything is working fine, we will tell you that too. Our goal is long term relationships with our customers, not unnecessary upsells.
We understand Florida pools. Between year round swimming, heavy rainstorms, pollen, and fast algae growth in the heat, pools here face their own challenges. We know how to manage those local conditions so your pool stays clear, balanced, and ready to enjoy.
Florida storms can dump a lot of rain in a short time, which quickly throws off your pool chemistry. Excess rainwater can dilute chlorine levels and change your pH balance, leading to cloudy water or algae growth. We regularly test and rebalance your water to keep everything stable after storms.
During parts of the year, pollen, leaves, and small debris from nearby trees can quickly build up in your pool. This can clog skimmers and reduce water circulation if it is not cleaned regularly. Our service includes thorough skimming and basket cleaning to keep your filtration system running smoothly.
Even with Florida humidity, pools still lose water through evaporation, especially during hot, sunny weeks. If you notice your pool dropping faster than expected, we can help determine whether it is normal water loss or a potential leak that needs attention.
Unlike colder climates, pools in Wedgefield run almost all year long. Pumps, filters, and heaters rarely get a break. During our service visits, we inspect your equipment to catch worn parts, weak motors, or failing components before they turn into bigger repairs.
If you leave town for a few days or longer, warm Florida temperatures can quickly turn an untreated pool green. We offer regular maintenance while you are away so you can return home to a clean, clear pool instead of a surprise cleanup job.
Very happy with the service. Always prompt and professional. My pool looks amazing since we started with Puddle.
Brett has done a fantastic job on my pool maintenance he goes above and beyond what’s required and is always pleasant and courteous whenever we need anything done. I have used other pool companies but Puddle Pool is top quality grade A company!
Brett is always on time and provides detailed reports. Brett is happy to answer questions and works hard to make sure my pool is perfect!
My pool developed an algae problem I thought could only be fixed by draining my pool…After running out of ideas, I googled pool companies and decided to try Puddle Pool Service…I am ecstatic to say they did an amazing job… my pool is now a sparkling blue… I would DEFINITELY recommend this company…Brett, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with, also fixed a problem I was having with my pool valve…it drains water from the pool when the pool overflows from rain…as soon as I told him about it, he fixed it, which was such a relief because I thought I was going to have to get an expensive plumber to fix it…I no longer have to use my slow draining submersible pump to drain my pool to the water level it needs to be at…last but not least, my service is very affordable…. I’m sooo glad I found a reliable company to handle all of my pool needs.
I think Puddle Pool Services are top-notch. They helped my sister clean her pool after many years of neglect. Brett cleaned that pool better than I ever thought it could have been cleaned. I thank Brett for doing a wonderful job.
Professional and easy to deal with. Does a great job
Brett from Puddle Pools has been taking care of our hot tub and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s reliable, always on time, and handles everything so we don’t have to worry. He communicates clearly and takes care of any issues quickly. I trust him completely and highly recommend his work!
I decided to give this franchise a try for my pool service. Although I am a fairly new client and they are new to my neighborhood, I am very happy with the way Puddle Pools is caring for my pool. Unlike most yard and lawn services, they spend time with my pool. Things like brushing the pool walls, floor and waterline, rinsing and cleaning the filter and last but not least, checking and balancing the chemicals on each visit. With this service I don't have to worry about what I should be doing to keep the water sparkling and clear and the keeping the pump system running without unexpected maintenance issues. I would highly recommend giving Puddle Pools a try for your pool or hot tub needs.
Exceptionally friendly and professional service. A very likable husband and wife team whom I plan to recommend to my friends and neighbors. I'm most impressed with the cost of replacing my party lights circuit board. Early estimates from others were significantly higher. Pleased that I now have an honest and dependable pool person I can trust.
Kayla came to my house today to service my pool. A very amiable smart young lady that knows what she’s doing. She was polite. She was on time and everything was put back the way it should be. I highly recommend their service.
Prompt and professional response to my questions regarding best pool cleaning maintenance. Thank you, Brett!
Brett has been great in making sure the pool stays in top shape all year round. They truly care about their efficiency and client satisfaction, highly recommend!
