Owning a pool in Addison brings immense joy, especially during our warm Texas summers. However, keeping it sparkling clean and healthy requires consistent effort and expertise.
Sure, it doesn’t freeze often in North Texas, but plenty of Addison homeowners still close their pools in winter if they’re not heating them. We handle proper winterization in the fall and get everything cleaned, balanced, and ready for swimming when spring arrives.
For homeowners in Addison seeking reliable and superior home pool care, Puddle Pool Services is your premier choice.
Water features, like fountains, add beauty to any space. In Addison, keeping these features in top shape is important. Proper care ensures they look great and work well.
Addison, Texas is a great place to own a pool. With warm weather most of the year, swimming is a favorite activity. But keeping a pool in good shape takes work.
Pump making weird noises? Filter not filtering? Heater refusing to heat? We’ve seen it all. Our technicians diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation controls. We keep common parts on our trucks, which means many repairs are done the same day.
Life gets busy. Maybe you were traveling, the pump failed, or chlorine slipped your mind for… a while. No judgment, we’ve revived pools that looked like ponds. It takes some treatment and elbow grease, but we can get your water back to clean and blue.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.
Look, there are plenty of pool companies in Addison. Here’s why people stay with us:
Addison, like much of North Texas, has very hard water loaded with calcium and other minerals. This leads to scale on tile and stonework, cloudy water, and strain on your equipment. We balance your chemistry to slow mineral buildup and can remove existing scale before it causes damage.
Every spring, cottonwood trees around Addison Circle, Belt Line Road, and nearby neighborhoods unleash what looks like snowfall. Those fluffy seeds clog baskets and filters fast. We increase skimming and keep your filtration system moving so cottonwood season doesn’t take over your pool.
Addison summers can evaporate a quarter-inch of water per day, sometimes more during heat waves. We help you tell the difference between normal evaporation and a potential leak, using equipment checks and diagnostics when water loss seems excessive.
When the temperature hits triple digits, your pool equipment works harder than ever. Motors overheat, seals dry out, and plastic components can warp. We check your pump, filter, heater, and automation systems during routine visits to catch heat-related issues before they become breakdowns.
Traveling? Addison homeowners often come back from vacation to find a pool that’s turned green while they were away. Our vacation maintenance service keeps your pool balanced, circulating, and algae-free, so you return to blue water, not a science experiment.
A breath of fresh air in this industry that is the same wherever you turn. After experiencing poor service and dirty pools with multiple pool service companies, we have found a gem. We have a number of luxury rental homes and we elect to maintain the pools rather than leave it to tenants. These guys are prompt, communicative and best of all let me know when there is a potential issue and are proactive in resolving it early.
Puddle Pool Services has been taking care of our pool in West Plano for several months now and we couldn't be more satisfied. Sam and Jason are always on time, professional and thorough. Chemical balancing, equipment checks, skimming, everything is handled every single week. Reliable pool service in West Plano is hard to find. these guys deliver every time!
Great service! The pool cleaner arrived on time and did a quick and efficient job. The pool looked much cleaner afterward. Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
We manage rental properties in University Park and Highland Park and have been using Puddle Pool Services for our pool maintenance. Sam and Jason are always reliable, professional, and communicate proactively about any issues with the pool. As a property manager, having a pool service company I can trust without micromanaging is invaluable. Our tenants are happy and the pools are always in great condition. Highly recommend Puddle Pool Services to any property manager or landlord in University Park and Highland Park!'
We are very pleased with the service! Our pool is a difficult pool to clean as we are surrounded by trees and especially in the spring, it gets really bad. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this pool company! They are very thorough, detailed, and very professional! I would highly recommend using them! You’ll be glad you did!!!
We moved to University Park about a year ago, and during that time we tried two different pool companies. Unfortunately both of them were pretty inconsistent and sometimes completely MIA, which was frustrating. Since switching to Puddle Pool Services, things have been totally different. They are consistent, communicate well, and always show up when they say they will. They’ve been taking great care of both our pool and water features, and everything has been running perfectly. If you live in University Park and need reliable pool service, I definitely recommend Puddle Pool Services.
Our longtime pool company in Preston Hollow retired after 10 years and recommended Puddle Pool Services. We’ve been using them for about three months now and they’ve been great. They are reliable, communicate well, and keep our pool and water features in excellent shape.
Sam, our pool cleaner from Puddle Pool Services has done the best job ever for keeping the pool clean and the chemicals properly balanced! He has been such a relief for me after having done it personally for a while after I stopped my previous pool service! Great service and communications!
I recently bought a house with a pool and read many company reviews before deciding on Puddle Pool Services. Sam contacted me promptly and quickly scheduled the first service on my pool which had been neglected while on the market. He has done a great job providing me honest recommendations on how to maintain a healthy pool. Pricing is fair. 5 starts for Sam and his company.
Puddle Pools has been great to work with. Sam, in particular, has been so helpful. I purchased new equipment, and not only did they install it perfectly, they worked with me to understand how to operate it properly, and they held my hand through the first freeze of the season, making sure I had no problems through the winter.
Subhash was amazing! He quickly identified that my pool filter pressure gauge issue was caused by clogged pipes inside the pool pump and guided me step-by-step to fix it. His experience and knowledge saved me a lot of time and frustration. He is honest, professional, and truly committed to helping others without expecting anything in return. I really appreciate his support and highly recommend Subhash to anyone who needs help with pool equipment.
Puddle Pool Services maintains the pool at our boutique hotel in North Dallas 75240. Subhash provides the reliability and professionalism our guests expect. As facilities manager, I need pool service that works around our guest schedule and maintains crystal clear water daily. Subhash services our pool three times per week, communicates via text about chemical levels, and addresses any issues immediately. During the freeze last weekend, he called Thursday to coordinate continuous equipment operation. He understood we couldn't close the pool to guests, so he worked with our staff to maintain safe operations while protecting equipment from cold damage. The pool stayed open and all equipment survived. Commercial hospitality properties have unique requirements - guest safety, aesthetic standards, flexible scheduling. Subhash gets it. He also services properties in Addison, Farmers Branch, and surrounding North Dallas areas. If you manage a hotel, country club, or any commercial facility with a pool, I recommend Puddle Pool Services without hesitation.
Recently switched to Puddle Pool after my previous company raised their monthly service fee, and I’m really glad I did! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and the technician kept me informed with an accurate arrival time. He did an excellent job cleaning the filter, thoroughly vacuumed the pool (there were a lot of leaves), and made sure the water was properly balanced before leaving. The pool looks great now, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Highly recommend Puddle Pool for reliable and quality service!
Maddie did an excellent job servicing our pool! She was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Not only did she leave the pool sparkling clean, but she also quickly diagnosed and repaired our pump issue. It’s been running perfectly ever since!
