Why Arlington Homeowners Choose Puddle Pools
Look, there are plenty of pool companies in Arlington. Here is why people stick with us:
-
We actually answer the phone
Try us. Seriously. Call right now 972-944-8143. Someone will answer, not a voicemail system that sends you to a call center in another state. -
We show up on schedule
If we say we will be there Tuesday between 10 and noon, we will be there Tuesday between 10 and noon. Wild concept, we know. -
No sneaky upsells
If your pool needs a new pump, we will tell you. If it does not, we will not try to sell you one. We have been working in Arlington long enough that our reputation matters more than a quick buck. -
We know Arlington pools
Hard water in North Texas? Check. Spring storms and debris blowing into pools? Yep. That clay soil that shifts and cracks decks? We have dealt with it all. Local problems need local knowledge.
Common Pool Problems in Arlington and How We Fix Them
Hard Water Issues
Arlington water is known for being hard, with high levels of calcium and minerals. This can lead to scaling on tile, cloudy water, and extra wear on your equipment. We keep your water properly balanced to prevent buildup and can remove existing scale if it has already formed.
Spring Debris Season
Between strong winds and seasonal pollen and debris, pools around Arlington can get messy fast in the spring. We increase skimming as needed and make sure your skimmer baskets and filters stay clear so your system keeps running smoothly.
Summer Evaporation
You can lose a quarter inch of water per day during Arlington summers, sometimes more. We help you tell the difference between normal evaporation and a potential leak so you are not constantly topping off your pool unnecessarily.
Equipment Failure from Heat
When temperatures climb into the triple digits, your pool equipment is under serious stress. Motors can overheat and components can wear out faster. We inspect everything during service visits to catch issues early before they turn into costly repairs.
Algae During Vacation
Going out of town? We offer vacation service to keep your pool clean and balanced while you are away. That way you come home to clear water, not a green mess.
Puddle Pools is such a great company! Our previous pool boy (my husband) got fired from pool duty because it was turning into a green swamp! Chris Reeves came out same day to get an initial consultation and get us started. Noah, Ian, and Chris came out every day for a week to turn our swamp into a blue lagoon that we could enjoy that weekend! Every clean is documented with every chemical used (chemicals included in service!), and pictures so you can see their results. So happy to have Ian and Noah as reliable pool boys to keep our pool ready for my kiddos to use this summer! 10/10 ⭐️
After 25 years of tending to pool duties on my own because no one else could possibly do it better than me, I turned it ALL over to Chris Reeves with Puddle Pools. I have a high maintenance pool under a canopy of trees. The water is usually dark green for most of April and May. Last week inside of 3 days, it was crystal clear and ready to use. I’ve found that they are also able to handle any pool need from water treatment to any type of pool equipment. They are reliable, trustworthy and provide a real value for the money. I highly recommend them. They’re making my life so much easier.
Honest people that will take care of you. Chris came out to give me a quote on pool services. Chris was very honest telling me what options made sense for my situation and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I ended up hiring Puddle Pools to detect a suspected leak I had. They identified a leaky valve and quickly showed up to fix that valve. Highly recommend using Puddle Pools. Ask for Chris. Good Dude.
I would not go to anyone else to have my pool cleaned. Customer service is second to none and they take pride in doing the highest quality of work. They are reliable and efficient, I will be a customer for life.
