Working with Puddle Pools has been wonderful. They have been able to take a much needed task off my plate. Emily has been a joy to work with and provides excellent customer service. Dave and Aron as well have been timely, professional, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions making the care of my hot tub super easy.

I’ve been using Puddle Pools for my pool cleaning in Charlotte and they’ve been fantastic! They don’t just do surface cleaning, they also handle deep system cleans, thoroughly backwash the filter, and balance the water every visit, which had been hard to find. My pool always stays clean and clear, and the detailed visit reports are a big plus. Dependable, high quality service. Highly recommend!

Puddle Pools has been a welcomed breath of fresh air when it comes to servicing and cleaning my hot tub. They happily worked with me on frequency of cleanings for my rental property and what worked best for me. They’re always prompt and extremely communicative. I’m always aware of what time/day they’ll be coming which is important for me, and after each visit they provide a thorough breakdown of what they changed.
