However, Puddle Pools made it right by sending Tony out to my house. Tony was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained what needed to be fixed, and resolved all of the issues professionally. It was obvious that he cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I was satisfied before he left. While my experience didn’t start off well, I really appreciate that the company stood behind their service and sent someone as knowledgeable and dedicated as Tony. He completely turned the experience around. If you work with Puddle Pools, ask for Tony—you’ll be in great hands.

Great service! Fast, friendly, and very helpful. I knew nothing about the hot tub that came with our house, but they helped me every step of the way and gave great resources to help me understand how to care for and operate the hot tub.

This was my first experience with a pool service. My pool cover had torn, and to say it was a mess is an understatement. Think stump-water with tadpoles as big as carp!! From the initial visit, the crew was nothing short of professional. Very communicative with the plan. They are knowledgable, punctual, hardworking and, as already mentioned, professional and communicative. They educated me along the way and offered many cost saving suggestions along with leaving me with care instructions. I highly recommend Puddle for all your pool needs. My pool is full, sparkling clean water and no tadpoles!!
