Our services
Commercial pools require consistent care to keep up with heavier use and demanding maintenance schedules. We provide commercial pool services for hotels, condominiums, apartment communities, HOAs, fitness facilities, and other Miami properties. Our team can handle routine cleaning, water balancing, equipment checks, and ongoing maintenance to help keep your facility’s pool in excellent condition.
Hot tubs are great until cloudy water, heating problems, or malfunctioning jets get in the way. We maintain hot tubs and spas throughout Miami, taking care of water chemistry, cleaning, equipment checks, and troubleshooting to help keep everything comfortable, clean, and working properly.
Between work, family, and everything else going on, keeping up with pool care every week can be a hassle. Our weekly pool cleaning service keeps your Miami pool clean and ready to enjoy. We handle brushing, vacuuming, skimming, chemical balancing, filter checks, and equipment inspections so you can spend more time swimming and less time maintaining your pool.
While Miami pools often stay open year-round, some homeowners still choose to close their pools during extended periods of travel or when the pool won’t be used for a while. We can properly prepare your pool and equipment for downtime, helping protect the system until you’re ready to start swimming again.
Every pool and spa is built to be tough and withstand the elements but they aren’t invincible.
If your pool’s water level is dropping faster than expected, Florida’s heat might not be the only reason. We use professional leak detection methods to help locate problems in pool shells, plumbing lines, and equipment, saving you from constantly adding water and potentially preventing more serious damage.
Miami’s warm weather means pools get plenty of use throughout the year, making regular maintenance especially important. We provide routine pool maintenance designed to keep your water balanced, equipment operating properly, and small problems from becoming expensive repairs. We’ll help keep your pool in great condition season after season.
Getting your pool ready for swimming should be easy. Our pool opening service includes removing the cover, inspecting equipment, restarting the circulation system, cleaning the pool, and balancing the water so everything is ready for another season of swimming.
Living in Miami means enjoying the beautiful weather, and what better way to do that than with a sparkling clean swimming pool right in your backyard?
No matter where you live, water is a necessity, but in Miami, it is a way of life!
A worn, faded, or damaged pool liner can affect both the appearance and performance of your pool. We provide professional pool liner installation in Miami, helping ensure a proper fit and a clean finish. Whether you’re replacing an aging liner or updating your pool’s appearance, we’ll help make the process straightforward.
A properly fitted pool safety cover adds an important layer of protection while also helping keep leaves, debris, and unwanted contaminants out of your pool. We install pool safety covers designed to fit your pool properly and provide dependable coverage when the pool isn’t being used.
Florida’s heat and sunshine can turn an untreated pool green surprisingly quickly. Whether your circulation system stopped working, maintenance was missed, or algae simply took over, we can help restore your pool. We’ll address the water chemistry, clean the pool, and get your water back to being clear, clean, and ready to enjoy.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.
Look, there are plenty of pool companies in Miami. Here’s why homeowners stick with us:
Miami’s frequent rainstorms can quickly throw off your pool’s water chemistry. Heavy rainfall can dilute chlorine, change pH levels, and introduce debris and contaminants. We test and rebalance your water after changing conditions to help keep it clear, clean, and comfortable for swimming.
Miami’s warm, humid climate creates ideal conditions for algae growth throughout much of the year. If chlorine levels drop or circulation slows down, algae can take over quickly. We maintain proper sanitizer levels, circulation, and filtration to help prevent green water before it starts.
Florida sunshine and high temperatures can cause steady water loss from evaporation. We monitor water levels and help determine whether you’re dealing with normal evaporation or a potential leak that requires further attention.
Miami pools work hard throughout the year, especially during long stretches of hot weather. Pumps, filters, heaters, and other components can experience additional wear from constant operation. During service visits, we inspect your equipment and look for potential problems before they turn into unexpected breakdowns.
Leaving Miami for vacation or spending part of the year somewhere else? A pool can develop cloudy water, algae, or equipment problems surprisingly quickly without regular attention. Our ongoing pool maintenance keeps everything clean, balanced, and operating properly while you’re away.
