Love Puddle Pool Services! We are typically the do ourselves bc we’d rather it get done right kind of people BUT I can honestly say, they have met and exceeded our expectations. We had a small leak somewhere we couldn’t figure out and Jeff came out and took the time to inspect, find it and fix it and not just rush through the job. When our pool chemical levels needed attention, they made sure to monitor and add what was needed to balance it out, even if that meant checking back in outside of our regular cleaning day. Communication is great and I love the easy payment options. Highly recommended this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and top-notch pool services.

Puddle Pools took over my highly corrosive pool from a previous company that wasn't testing and keeping the proper chemistry. Within 2-3 weeks Jeff had the chemistry back to where it should be and it is crystal clear and inviting! Thank you Puddle Pools and "Flipflop the fish". Now we feel safe swimming again.
I had a leak in my pool right before the holiday, and Puddle Pool was able to come out before Christmas and diagnose and repair my leak in a single visit. They are polite, professional, and I thoroughly recommend them.

This company was both diligent and persistent. They charged me for two hours of service but spent at least 4 times that amount of time at no extra charge until they found the problem. After exhausting every test for leaks in my pool, Jeff discovered a small leak in my pool filter which he quickly repaired and then followed up on two days later to make sure the drop in pool level was eliminated. Absolutely top notch service. These guys truly treat your pool as if it is their own. I would highly recommend Puddle Pools to anyone for their pool service needs. Thank again Puddle Pools!!!!

For regular service, we can usually get you on our schedule within a few days. For repairs or green pools, we often have same-day or next-day availability.
What if I'm not home?
Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.
