Our flagship weekly maintenance program is designed to keep your pool consistently clean and healthy. Each visit includes skimming the surface for debris, brushing walls and tiles, vacuuming the pool floor, and emptying skimmer and pump baskets. This proactive approach prevents accumulation and keeps your water sparkling.
Maintaining balanced water chemistry is vital for swimmer safety and equipment longevity. Our technicians perform precise tests for key parameters like pH balance, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, and cyanuric acid. We then expertly adjust family-safe chemicals to optimize these levels, ensuring crystal-clear, safe water.
Your pool equipment is the heart of your pool system. During each service visit, our private pool technician conducts thorough checks of your pump, filter, heater, and auto cleaner. We identify potential issues early and perform minor repairs on the spot, preventing costly breakdowns. We'll also monitor your Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and salinity levels for saltwater pools, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Naples pools experience subtle seasonal changes. We offer specific services for preparing your pool for peak season use or for extended periods of reduced use. Not without a proper vacuum breaker. Collier County Water Sewer District states that a garden hose submerged in a swimming pool without one is a cross connection. Cross connections are illegal under the county Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Ordinance (2008-32). Check with your utility if you are unsure what applies to your connection.
Yes. NOAA normals for Naples Municipal Airport show a January average of 74.8 F high and 55.9 F low, only 0.1 freeze nights a year and 103.5 days a year at or above 90 F. Pools and hot tubs run all year. Summer heat calls for closer attention to water level and chemistry.
Under City of Naples Code Sec. 56-45, an unroofed or screened pool may sit in the rear yard but no closer than 15 feet to the rear lot line and never in a utility or drainage easement. Spas and spillways count as part of the pool for setbacks. A private pool permit needs drawings bearing a registered architect or structural engineer's name and a recirculating system with a disinfectant. Confirm the rules for your lot with the City before building.
Weekly pool service is from $158 a month for a small pool and from $378 for a large pool. Your quote confirms the price for your pool.
Yes. There are options for routine service and for deep cleans, so you can get a neglected pool back on track or keep a healthy one that way.
We couldn’t be happier with Puddle Pool Company! They are responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about providing great customer service. The owners are very involved, and it’s obvious they take pride in their work and truly want their customers to be happy. Their technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, and never cut corners. Our pool had a stubborn algae problem, and instead of treating it like just another service call, they stayed on top of it. They even stopped by between scheduled visits to check on the pool and make sure things were improving. We never felt like we were left on our own. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the level of service they provide. It’s hard to find a company that combines quality work, integrity, and great customer care, but Puddle Pool Company does exactly that. We’ve found our forever pool company, and we highly recommend them!
Being a Vacation rental Manager is great, but the biggest problem when we have guests is pool and equipment issues. Jeff and Meryl always come through for us. They are friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend trusting your pool with Puddle Pools. -Brendan, Run My Property LLC
Jeff at Puddle Pool Services of Naples went above and beyond to diagnose and fix an issue with our pool that others couldn’t figure out. We switched our pool service to his company and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Jeff and his team!
This is the best pool repair company in Naples by far. After working with several others, they’re the only team I’ve found that is consistently knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. If you need pool repairs, don’t hesitate to call them. Highly recommended!
Love Puddle Pool Services! We are typically the do ourselves bc we’d rather it get done right kind of people BUT I can honestly say, they have met and exceeded our expectations. We had a small leak somewhere we couldn’t figure out and Jeff came out and took the time to inspect, find it and fix it and not just rush through the job. When our pool chemical levels needed attention, they made sure to monitor and add what was needed to balance it out, even if that meant checking back in outside of our regular cleaning day. Communication is great and I love the easy payment options. Highly recommended this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and top-notch pool services.
Excellent Pool Service they provide more than just necessary amount of work. They do everything that's a seat they're proactive they write a report they test the water. They do all of the things. He said they would do when they provided me with a quote and then some people are nice to talk to easy-going and can answer all questions about the pool water and what we might do to improve our situation I give them five stars plus they're amazing
Puddle Pools took over my highly corrosive pool from a previous company that wasn't testing and keeping the proper chemistry. Within 2-3 weeks Jeff had the chemistry back to where it should be and it is crystal clear and inviting! Thank you Puddle Pools and "Flipflop the fish". Now we feel safe swimming again.
I had a leak in my pool right before the holiday, and Puddle Pool was able to come out before Christmas and diagnose and repair my leak in a single visit. They are polite, professional, and I thoroughly recommend them.
Absolutely the best customer service and attention to detail! Owners are so kind and just all around a pleasure to work with! Plus our pool looks great and we don’t have to worry about dosing and chemicals salt etc anymore!
We tried out a new company for our pool service and have been extremely happy! They were very responsive when we first contacted them. Jeff came out and was very friendly and professional. He took time to understand what we needed and why we were looking for a new service company. He explained all of his options - pool service, hot tubs, real estate inspections. Highly recommend them!
Boom Shaka Laka Very pleased with Puddle. Jeff was amazing. This guy knew more about leaks n pools than the winner of jeopardy knows about name a category. He quickly established I had no pool leak n identified the problem, fixing it quickly. Don’t hesitate to call Puddle.
This company was both diligent and persistent. They charged me for two hours of service but spent at least 4 times that amount of time at no extra charge until they found the problem. After exhausting every test for leaks in my pool, Jeff discovered a small leak in my pool filter which he quickly repaired and then followed up on two days later to make sure the drop in pool level was eliminated. Absolutely top notch service. These guys truly treat your pool as if it is their own. I would highly recommend Puddle Pools to anyone for their pool service needs. Thank again Puddle Pools!!!!
