I wish six-stars were option. The Puddle Pool team has been awesome. I didn't know I could get this level of pool service for an affordable price.
We've had a great experience with Myke at Puddle Pool Services. He recently helped us track down and troubleshoot an issue with our pool pump, taking the time to diagnose the problem and explain everything clearly instead of just guessing at a solution. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. On top of that, they do an outstanding job keeping our pool sparkling clean. It's obvious they take pride in their work, are dependable, and pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. If you're looking for someone who's honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing excellent pool service, I highly recommend Myke and Puddle Pool Services!
Trevor was awesome and very knowledgeable! Michael's communication was extremely quick! Overall great service!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate Puddle Pool Services. I have a 6 year old spa that had a filter stuck in the filter chamber; I tried for 6 hours to remove it myself, I had neighbors trying to remove it with no success and I figured I'd have to buy a new spa because that filter would not budge. Thankfully I found Puddle Pool Services, who happened to be in my neighborhood at the time, and they raced over. It took them close to an hour to get the filter off, they wouldn't quit til it was done, but they did it!!! I highly recommend them, they kept the area spotless and worked diligently and their prices are extremely reasonable. Thank you so much!!!
Myke Ruff came in and saved my day by turning my pool from neon green to crystal blue in just hours! He was very polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain how my pool system works and how I can maintain it better. I was so impressed that I signed up for their weekly pool service. I highly recommend this company!
Mike is dedicated and committed to his work and to the state of our pool. I've been without a pool service for some time. He was able to look at everything and had a plan of action. The green is gone and the chemical balance is perfect again. THANK YOU MIKE!!!
