Our services
Maintaining a commercial pool in St. Petersburg, Florida, requires more than just skimming leaves. It demands a professional, vigilant approach to ensure public safety, uphold health code compliance, and protect your investment.
Hot tubs are relaxing until something stops working. Cloudy water, weak jets, or temperature problems can quickly ruin the experience. We service all major brands and can troubleshoot most issues. Routine maintenance keeps your hot tub running efficiently and helps prevent costly repairs later.
Let’s be honest. Between work, family, and everything else, who has time to skim debris and balance chemicals every week? Our weekly pool service keeps your water crystal clear without you lifting a finger. We handle the brushing, vacuuming, chemical testing, and equipment checks. You just enjoy the swim.
For the best pool closing services in St. Petersburg, trust Puddle Pool Services to protect your investment. Our expert team ensures your pool is perfectly prepared for the off-season, preventing damage and costly repairs.
Puddle Pool Services is the trusted leader in pool maintenance, ensuring your backyard escape remains pristine and healthy year-round. We deliver unparalleled service that keeps your pool sparkling, safe, and ready for enjoyment without the fuss.
Pools in St. Petersburg stay active most of the year, but seasonal maintenance is still important. Whether you are preparing for peak swimming season or getting your pool ready after a period of low use, we make sure everything is cleaned, balanced, and ready to go.
Puddle Pool Services is recognized as the leading provider of residential pool services in St. Petersburg, offering expert care and reliable maintenance for homes across our vibrant city.
The Sunshine City is full of character. Water features add personality to homes, offices and storefronts — but only if they’re clean! High heat, humidity, pollen and other contaminants take water from clear to swampy in no time!
Pump making strange noises? Filter not doing its job? Heater not heating? We have seen it all. Our technicians diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation equipment. Many repairs can be completed the same day because we carry common parts on our service trucks.
Noticing your water level dropping faster than normal? Florida heat can cause evaporation, but significant water loss may mean a leak. We use professional leak detection equipment to locate problems in your pool shell, plumbing, or equipment before they become expensive headaches.
Sometimes pools get away from you. Maybe the pump stopped running, the chemicals were off, or a storm left a mess behind. We have restored pools that looked more like ponds than swimming pools. With the right treatment and cleanup, we can bring your water back to clear, healthy blue.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.
Look, there are plenty of pool companies in St. Petersburg. Here is why homeowners keep choosing us.
We actually answer the phone.
Give us a call at 727-591-4818 and a real person will pick up. No endless menus and no call center across the country. Just straightforward help from someone who knows pools.
We show up when we say we will. If we schedule your service for a specific day and time window, that is when you can expect us. Your time matters, and we treat it that way.
No pushy upsells. If your equipment needs repair or replacement, we will explain the issue and your options. If it does not need to be replaced, we will not try to sell you something you do not need. Our reputation means more than a quick sale.
We understand St. Petersburg pools. Florida heat, heavy rain, humidity, and coastal conditions all affect pool water and equipment. From dealing with algae growth in warm weather to keeping equipment running through long swimming seasons, local experience makes a difference. When you know the area, you know how to keep pools running their best.
St. Petersburg’s warm temperatures and sunshine are great for swimming, but they are also perfect conditions for algae. Without proper chemical balance and circulation, pools can turn cloudy or green quickly. We keep your water properly balanced and your filtration system running efficiently to prevent algae before it starts.
Florida storms can dump a lot of rain into your pool in a short amount of time. That extra water dilutes your chemicals and can throw off your pool’s balance. After storms, we test and rebalance the water so your pool stays safe, clear, and ready to swim.
Palm fronds, leaves, and wind blown debris can quickly fill skimmer baskets and clog filters. We increase skimming and cleaning during windy periods and make sure your filtration system stays clear so your pool keeps circulating properly.
Being near the coast means salt in the air, which can slowly affect metal components and pool equipment. During our service visits, we inspect pumps, heaters, and other equipment to catch early signs of wear before they turn into bigger repairs.
Heading out of town for a week or two is common in a beach city like St. Petersburg. We offer vacation pool service to keep everything clean and balanced while you are away, so you return to clear water instead of a pool that needs major cleanup.
We’ve been using Puddle Pool Services for about 6 months now, and we couldn’t be more impressed. They are consistently professional, reliable, and truly go above and beyond to ensure our pool is always in excellent condition. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail—not only do they provide top-notch full-service care, but they are also very mindful of our pets when entering and exiting our screen enclosure, which we greatly appreciate. They are extremely knowledgeable about pool systems, including our newer high-tech setup that other companies struggled to understand. It’s clear they take pride in their work and expertise. We highly recommend Puddle Pool Services to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality pool care.

Garrett from Puddle Pools is an absolute pool wizard. I’m not exaggerating when I say he transformed my pool from “meh” to resort-level sparkling. He’s incredibly professional, always shows up on time, and brings the kind of positive energy that makes you feel like your pool is in VIP hands. Not only is my water crystal clear, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which made me feel super confident in the care my pool was getting.
