A persistent leak can be more than just an annoyance; it can lead to significant water loss, higher utility bills, and even damage to your pool’s structure or surrounding property. Our team utilizes advanced leak detection technology to accurately locate the source of the leak, whether it's in the plumbing, liner, or shell. Once identified, we perform precise repairs to seal the leak effectively.
Nobody wants a cold pool or a lukewarm hot tub. If your heater isn't performing, Puddle Pool Services can help. We diagnose issues with gas heaters, electric heat pumps, and solar heating systems. Common problems include faulty thermostats, pressure switch malfunctions (a safety device that prevents the heater from operating if there isn't enough water flow), or igniter issues. We aim for repair, but can also recommend and install energy-efficient replacements.
The heart of your pool's circulation system is the pump and motor. If you notice strange noises, no water circulation, or a completely unresponsive system, your motor might be failing. We specialize in motor replacement, addressing issues with the impeller (the spinning component that creates water flow) and electrical connections. A properly functioning pump and motor are vital for filtration and chemical distribution, keeping your water clean and clear.
Vinyl liners are durable but can suffer tears, punctures, or simply show signs of age like fading and stretching. For minor damage, our technicians can skillfully apply vinyl liner patches that blend seamlessly. If your liner is extensively damaged or reaching the end of its lifespan, we offer full liner replacement services, ensuring a watertight seal and a refreshed look for your pool.
From a broken skimmer weir (the floating door that helps pull debris into the skimmer) to cracked PVC pipes underground, plumbing issues can severely impact your pool's operation. Our experts are adept at diagnosing and repairing all types of pool plumbing problems, including suction and return line leaks, manifold issues, and valve malfunctions. We restore proper water flow and pressure, ensuring your entire system functions optimally.
Hot tub jets provide therapeutic massage, but if they're weak, inconsistent, or not working at all, your relaxation is compromised. We troubleshoot common jet issues like clogged lines, air lock, or faulty diverter valves. Our team also addresses other spa system repairs, including blower malfunctions, control panel problems, and circulation pump failures, getting your hydrotherapy back on track.

Often, yes. Heaters stop heating for a range of reasons, from controls and sensors to ignition and flow problems. A technician checks the heater and the water flow to it before recommending a repair or replacement.
It depends on the age and condition of the pump and what failed. A worn part can often be replaced, but an old or inefficient pump may be worth upgrading, since a variable speed pump uses less energy by running at lower flow when full power is not needed.
Small tears and punctures can usually be patched, which stops water loss and protects the structure behind the liner. Larger damage or an aging liner may call for replacement, and a technician can tell you which makes sense.
Warning signs include water that will not stay clear or balanced, unusual noises from the pump, pressure readings outside the normal range, water loss that is faster than evaporation and equipment that trips or will not start. Any of these is worth having checked.
Yes. Hot tubs share many of the same components as pools, including pumps, heaters and plumbing, and they are diagnosed and repaired the same way.
