These guys have been top notch for service on my pool. We built a new pool and had them come out and do some initial cleaning that made a tremendous difference. We then had an issue with our automation not working properly. Tyler from their team came out quickly and set everything up with ease. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. As a business owner myself a new customer service is everything and these guys have it figured out. Thanks again guys!
We're 1st time swim spa owners. I had no idea how sensitive the chemical balance can be and sure enough, we ran into some problems keeping the water clear. Despite numerous attempts to recover the water quality, we were losing. We knew we needed help. Some others ignored us but Puddle Pool Services answered the call. Chad got us on the schedule and Kaleb met us at the house. He was prompt and professional. We enjoyed talking with him while we waited on the tub to drain. He has a lot of experience and genuinely enjoys his job. We've decided to sign up for their ongoing maintenance program as a result of this experience. These guys care about their customers and that means a lot to me.

Chad and his team were great to work with. I've had trouble with my hot tub for over 2 years. Within five minutes, Kaleb identified the problem, and he had it resolved in less than fifteen minutes. Afterwards, he walked me through the issue along with what was necessary to prevent the issue from coming back.

How quickly can you come out?

What if I'm not home?
Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.
