These guys have been top notch for service on my pool. We built a new pool and had them come out and do some initial cleaning that made a tremendous difference. We then had an issue with our automation not working properly. Tyler from their team came out quickly and set everything up with ease. He was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We're 1st time swim spa owners. I had no idea how sensitive the chemical balance can be and sure enough, we ran into some problems keeping the water clear. Despite numerous attempts to recover the water quality, we were losing. We knew we needed help. Some others ignored us but Puddle Pool Services answered the call. Chad got us on the schedule and Kaleb met us at the house. He was prompt and professional. We enjoyed talking with him while we waited on the tub to drain.
