We're 1st time swim spa owners. I had no idea how sensitive the chemical balance can be and sure enough, we ran into some problems keeping the water clear. Despite numerous attempts to recover the water quality, we were losing. We knew we needed help. Some others ignored us but Puddle Pool Services answered the call. Chad got us on the schedule and Kaleb met us at the house. He was prompt and professional. We enjoyed talking with him while we waited on the tub to drain.
