They have a great understanding of pool systems than others have been and work hard to take care of issue. When a pool screen for example, most places will say that it cannot be fixed as you cannot buy and put in new screen. You need a new pump. They come in with the correct part, change and done and back on line at modest cost. I recommend them

I have a pool cleaner but wasn’t super happy with the service I have been getting. I called Andrew and he and his tech came out very quickly analyzed my pool, came up with a solution to some nagging issues I was having and proposed a very reasonable price for the service. Plus they are super friendly and great with communication. I also appreciate getting a report of when they were here and what they did with each service.. I haven’t seen this before. I will be switching to Puddle Pools.

We've had a pool for over 15 years, and I can honestly say I’ve NEVER had service this good before. We were struggling with a pool that multiple companies couldn’t get clear no matter what they tried. Puddle Pools came out, took one look at it, explained exactly what was going on, and within a short time the pool looked crystal clear again. Our tech, Raine, was awesome. Super professional, showed up in full uniform, drove a clean and professional-looking service van, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell this company actually cares about quality and customer service. One of my favorite parts is that after every visit, I get photos and a full service report so I always know exactly what was done and how the pool is looking. That level of communication is rare these days. Their pricing was also extremely competitive, but honestly, after seeing the level of service they provide, I’d gladly pay more. That’s how good they are. Highly recommend Puddle Pools to anyone looking for reliable, professional weekly pool service.
