I didnt want a company that saw me and my home as just another customer or worse, just a dollar sign. From my first interaction and service with Jason and his team I knew I made the right choice. They took their time with my pool and made sure I had visibility into the state of my pool, any observed issues and what I could do to keep it running. After several weeks I noticed I was losing a large amount of water in pool and could not find the cause. When I notified Puddle about my issue and asked them to not clean until I found the issue, that wasn't good enough for them. I talked with them about what I was doing to find the leak and instead of seeing me as an opportunity to sell something they talked with me about where I should focus my search. Ultimately, I never found the leak on my own. I asked Puddle to help and they jumped right in, literally, to quickly pinpoint the issue and get it resolved. If you're in the market for pool services and are on the fence, this is the place for you.

Wow. Jason and his team are the best around for all your pool needs. We have had multiple people work on the pool over the years and no one has taken care of it like Puddle. We were constantly losing water and brought it up to our old pool guys and they blew us off. We saw a sign for Puddle and they had the pool in top shape and the leak detected and fixed immediately. They are the best around and extremely affordable!
