As a DIYer and first time pool owner I was concerned with making the right decision for pool services. I didnt want a company that saw me and my home as just another customer or worse, just a dollar sign. From my first interaction and service with Jason and his team I knew I made the right choice. They took their time with my pool and made sure I had visibility into the state of my pool, any observed issues and what I could do to keep it running. After several weeks I noticed I was losing a large amount of water in pool and could not find the cause. When I notified Puddle about my issue and asked them to not clean until I found the issue, that wasn't good enough for them. I talked with them about what I was doing to find the leak and instead of seeing me as an opportunity to sell something they talked with me about where I should focus my search. Ultimately, I never found the leak on my own. I asked Puddle to help and they jumped right in, literally, to quickly pinpoint the issue and get it resolved. Wow. Jason and his team are the best around for all your pool needs. We have had multiple people work on the pool over the years and no one has taken care of it like Puddle. We were constantly losing water and brought it up to our old pool guys and they blew us off. We saw a sign for Puddle and they had the pool in top shape and the leak detected and fixed immediately. They are the best around and extremely affordable!
When we first switched over to Puddle, we were just hoping for better than our last pool service company, but Jason and his team have been accommodating and kind and have proven that they take pride in their work! They take their time to make sure everything gets checked, cleaned, brushed, etc and keep us updated after each service with exactly what was done. We are very happy customers!

I am so impressed with the service quality, friendliness, value, and promptness that I received from Jason and Casey at Puddle pool service. By far, they have been my best pool service experience- and I have tried several local companies.
I recently purchased a home with a pool. Closing it for the first time has been a challenge. I initially worked with a different pool company and they basically told me my pool could not be closed and I had to run the pumps during freezing weather (after charging me to close it). Casey from Puddle came out and took the time to research the challenging features in my pool and helped me to get it closed. They offered superior customer support at reasonable prices. Based on my experience this year I can definitely say not all pool companies are created equal and I would highly recommend Puddle Pools above others in the Tuscaloosa area.
