If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Andrew Wiggins is my pool tech and he was amazing. This was the first time in over 10 years that we have closed our pool. My husband has always taken care of it and we kept it open because we both loved seeing the water even during the winter. My husband passed away on 9/16, and I realized that I couldn’t take care of the pool on my own. I reached out to Puddle Pools and the owner, Scott, reached out to me immediately. Andrew got to my house at 10 am and had my pool cleaned, chemicals balanced, water lines cleared, pump taken care of, and the cover on before 2 pm.
