TJ and his team go above and beyond opening and closing our pool. Exceptional service! We have had other pool companies in the past but nothing compares to Puddle Pools. I would definitely recommend them!!
This was our first season with puddle pools. Very impressed. Excellent service and high quality workmanship. Highly recommend !
Had them come over to help them open a spa we just got with the new house we bought. They were so helpful in teaching us about how to open the hot tub and maintain it. Would 100% recommend to anyone for service for their tub
We have been using Puddle Pools for a couple of years now for our weekly pool service and we are more than happy with our decision. We can't say enough good things and highly recommend!
Response from the owner:Thanks for the review Cody! We love servicing your pool!
Going through my first season with a pool has definitely felt a bit overwhelming at times. I was referred to Puddle Pools Services and the knowledge and professionalism from their team has been top notch. Really appreciate how quick they are when responding to all my questions. I've had the pleasure of working with their team on two occasions and have been more than satisfied each time!
Response from the owner:Thanks for the review Philip!
Bri and T.J. are amazing! They installed our new liner and it is perfect. It was fast, clean, and well priced. If we need their help, they are quick to respond. So easy to deal with and helpful all around. We highly recommend them!
Response from the owner:Thanks Amy!
Would give more stars if I could! Responded to me on a Sunday, and was incredibly nice and helpful, even though they weren't getting anything out of it at the time. Highly recommend.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your review Katie. All the best!
Highly recommend puddle pools....have never had such efficient pool closing and opening. Bri and TJ know their stuff.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Carol Ann! Your review means a lot to us and it was a pleasure working with you.

Dundas Pool Inspections

Small purchases might follow a “buyer beware” principle but swimming pools shouldn’t! If you are considering buying a home with a pool or are browsing commercial properties that feature a swim space it is a good idea to have an expert look it over before committing to a purchase or lease. During a standard home inspection swimming pools are often overlooked. Even if they look like they are in good shape, it is important to consider everything that’s going on below the surface. Dundas pool inspections test internal systems, as well as assessing surroundings areas for valuable insight and peace of mind.

Level I Pool Inspection Services: What’s Included?

There is never a bad time to inspect your pool but there are some instances where it’s more common. When buying or selling a property it is a good idea to have a pool inspection done, not only for peace of mind but for a better understanding of functionality and condition. Overlooking a small issue will lead to it getting worse over time, ending with the need for costly repairs and expensive replacements.

Some swimming pool inspections focus on structures for the purposes of insurance claims or permitting but these often don’t consider functionality. Having a pool, spa or hot tubs that are structurally sound is great but they aren’t much use if they don’t work. Level I pool inspections do not come along with a written report but they do provide detailed insight to the conditions of the pool surfaces, as well as internal systems, pool equipment and surrounding areas.

Every professional pool inspection begins with a thorough visual inspection. These goal of a visual overview is to spot any potential issues with pool liners or tile damage. The trouble with even a small tear in a vinyl liner is that it will become larger over time. If caught early, small repairs can be done to stop tears from expanding but if left alone you will end up needing a full replacement. This is also a great time to inspect surrounding areas including equipment like diving boards, railings and ladders to avoid safety issues.

Internal water systems, heaters, pool pumps, return lines and other key components are then tested for functionality. Being able to identify problem areas early on can help to reduce the risk of a disaster but it also makes it possible to organize repairs before possession dates.

When dealing with their own home, owners might delay an inspection or small repair but as properties change hands, it is important to ensure that pools are in good, working order. If you have noticed something as simple as water levels dropping without reason, it is a good idea to inform your pool inspector. If an inspector suspects that there is a leak in your system, it is easy to organize a pressure test and thorough leak detection services.
