Pools at HOAs, apartments and facilities see heavier use than a backyard pool, so service is built around more frequent testing and closer attention to the equipment.
Hot tubs hold a small volume of hot water and a concentrated bather load, so chemistry changes quickly. Service covers the water and the filters and checks the jets, pumps and heater, and the water needs draining and refilling from time to time.
Weekly service covers the water, the surfaces and the equipment in one visit: skimming, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming the floor, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, checking the filter and testing and balancing the water. Through North Texas summers that steady rhythm is what keeps algae from getting a start.
Preparing a pool for a quieter winter, with the water balanced and the equipment protected for the cold nights North Texas does get.
An inspection looks at the pool, its equipment and its water before you buy a home or when you want to know where things stand.
Some water loss to evaporation is normal in a Texas summer. If the level keeps dropping faster than the weather explains, drops even with the pump off or you are adding water every few days, leak detection uses pressure testing on the plumbing and dye testing at fittings, lights, skimmers and returns to find where water is escaping, without digging.
Getting a pool ready for the swim season: cleaning, starting and checking the equipment and balancing the water.
Backyard pools get one local team for the whole year, from weekly cleaning to equipment checks.
Seasonal maintenance keeps the equipment and the water in shape through the year, with regular checks of the pump, filter and heater and the chemistry adjusted as the weather changes.
Fountains, waterfalls and other water features need the same attention to water quality and circulation as a pool, on a regular schedule so the water stays clear and the pumps keep running.
After every visit
Before we leave, you get a report with photos of your pool, the chemical readings we took and a checklist of everything we did. No guessing what happened while you were at work.

NOAA’s 1991 to 2020 normals for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the nearest official station, show an August average high of 95.8 F and about 20 days a year at 100 F or above. Hot water uses up sanitizer fast and gives algae an easy start, so weekly testing and balancing through the summer keeps the water ahead of it.
The same station averages about 29 nights a year at or below freezing, with the last spring freeze around March 12 and the first fall freeze around November 22. On those cold nights keep the pump running so water keeps moving through the equipment.
Denton County sits in North Texas’s spring severe weather corridor, and the National Weather Service recorded hail up to 4.25 inches at Denton in April 2014. In dry summers the town and the Upper Trinity Regional Water District have used stage based water restrictions that can limit refilling pools, so leaks are worth finding early.
Flower Mound buys its water from Dallas Water Utilities and the Upper Trinity Regional Water District, drawn mainly from Lewisville Lake, and calcium and pH are tested on every visit. The town’s pool rules call for a barrier at least 48 inches high with self closing, self latching gates.

We have weekly service and they always show up as scheduled with a smile and are so friendly and helpful. Full recommend.

Most do. NOAA’s normals for DFW Airport put the last spring freeze around March 12 and the first fall freeze around November 22, with about 29 freezing nights a year. On those nights keep the pump running so water keeps moving through the equipment.
DFW Airport averages an August high of 95.8 F and about 20 days a year at 100 F or above. Hot water burns through sanitizer and invites algae, so weekly testing and balancing through the summer keeps the water clear.
The Town of Flower Mound requires a permanent pool barrier at least 48 inches high around the pool, with pedestrian gates that are self closing and self latching and the latch at least 54 inches from the bottom of the gate.

Yes. If your water level drops faster than evaporation explains, drops even with the pump off, or you are topping up every few days, leak detection uses pressure testing on the plumbing and dye testing at fittings, lights, skimmers and returns to find where water is escaping, without digging. During drought restrictions that limit refilling, finding a leak early matters even more.
