"I just want to share the amazing support I have received from Puddle Pools. Let's start with Anne Marie...I was having pump issues and the pump needed to be replaced. While we waited for the part, Anne Marie took care of the pool and made sure it remained clean despite the pump not working. Then the pump was replaced and it went great but Puddle Pools was receiving a warning light, so they came out proactively to repair it. Well, Brayden spent a good two hours working the issue and would not stop until it was resolved. Then I was having problems with the lights and they needed to be programmed. He again troubleshooted it and now they are fine. Lastly Rick and Sheila, I can't thank them enough for their proactive approach. When I got the email on how to properly handle the cold weather. I was like WOW that was so helpful!! Thank you Puddle Pools you guys are amazing!!!"
