When we struggled to get calls back from two local pool companies after repeated outreach, my wife and I saw an ad for Puddle Pool Services of Monmouth County and gave them a call. We were called back quickly and told that we could be taken care of right away. Our pool had been open all winter due to work being done, so we had a lot of debris in the pool and needed help getting it cleared out and swim ready. Jeff was extremely responsive throughout the process and by the end it truly felt like I was texting a friend that just so happened to own a pool company. They were there when they said they would be, and did exactly what they said they would do. The recaps with photos of each visit were also very helpful as it gave us a clear understanding of what had been done and what was next to do. Taking this outside of just pool services, this was easily the most responsive company I have ever worked with. Within about a week, our pool went from dark green to swimmable, and we greatly appreciated that. Ryan came the next day to see if anything in my setup could be a problem, and it wasn't. The next day, I had my new pump installed and working great. Great pool service. Jeff responded very fast and came out to the house and cleaned and closed our pool. We have an older pool and it is not an easy pool to clean and close.
