Puddle Pool Services = Excellent Communication, Friendly, Honest, Proactive, Responsive, Thorough, Send Detailed Email Post-Every Visit (photos of pool pre- and post, chemical readings, etc.) Puddle Pool Services has provided an excellent experience. As a homeowner, I love working with the Puddle Pool Team. Yes, importantly, they get the job done. The differentiation is that very single team member arrives at my home with a smile and couldn’t be more kind and friendly, they’re patient and thorough, and they go above and beyond for us as customers. I know this is the experience each and every customer has in working with Puddle Pool. The owner, Jeff took ownership from start to finish with the permit application process installing a pool heater and gas piping connections to our natural gas line. He followed up with the town’s department overseeing the permit application approval to ensure a timely pool opening. This experience alone was incredible. If any issue arises with my pool, the team works until it is resolved. They don’t rush, cut corners or make the extra time spent feel like an inconvenience. The owner, Jeff is extremely responsive to all forms of communication: email, text and phone calls. Frankly, Jeff often reaches out first because he values his customers and takes pride in his business. He is proactive, organized and because he communicates so effectively with his customers, he places their experience and positive outcomes first. Puddle Pool Services is far and away a cut above. I would recommend, and do recommend, their business to my friends and acquaintances with pools because the service, responsiveness and team is so excellent. I’ve never felt I’m waiting in a queue for a call back, to have a question answered or an issue addressed. I 100% recommend working with Puddle Pool Services for seasonal opening and closing of your pool, weekly maintenance including cleaning and chemical balancing and upgrades to your current pool set-up (e.g. installing a heater to extend your pool season). I have zero negative commentary or cons to add to my review.

I had my pool lights come out from the deep end shallow end . Seeing them dangling the pool was driving me crazy . So I googled many contractors . I left messages and Jeff from puddle pools was the only one who called back . . He gave me a price and liked it and his person came as promise. Jeff kept in contact with me and I highly recommend . They are fair , professional and very reliable . Don’t pass up on this company . They are Awsome . Thank you Jeff and team .

When we struggled to get calls back from two local pool companies after repeated outreach, my wife and I saw an ad for Puddle Pool Services of Monmouth County and gave them a call. We were called back quickly and told that we could be taken care of right away. Our pool had been open all winter due to work being done, so we had a lot of debris in the pool and needed help getting it cleared out and swim ready. Jeff was extremely responsive throughout the process and by the end it truly felt like I was texting a friend that just so happened to own a pool company. They were there when they said they would be, and did exactly what they said they would do. The recaps with photos of each visit were also very helpful as it gave us a clear understanding of what had been done and what was next to do. Taking this outside of just pool services, this was easily the most responsive company I have ever worked with. Within about a week, our pool went from dark green to swimmable, and we greatly appreciated that. Cavin was also excellent as he was always happy to explain what he was doing and made sure things were done in a clean fashion. Thank you Jeff, Cavin, and Puddle Pools!

Puddle Pool Services made me feel like one of their family from the start. I needed a Hayward pool pump installed, and after getting a call back from Jeff with a very good price, I hired them to install it. Ryan came the next day to see if anything in my setup could be a problem, and it wasn't. The next day, I had my new pump installed and working great. Everyone that I have spoken to or dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Jeff and the team are great! They provide us with opening weekly maintenance and closings. They are fast knowledgeable and great at what they do! Our pool is a very complicated pool and we are glad we finally found someone to handle it!
