I was very happy with the service received from Kat at Puddle Pools. It was the first time I had used the company and it was peak-summer. Despite that, my call was replied to quickly and a visit to view the pool soon followed. The problem was discussed in order to isolate the issue and the remedy proposed, which has eliminated the issue.

We feel very fortunate to have met Kat Lopez who not only helped explained the process, but walked us through it step by step. She is very patient and prompt in replying to queries. She would arrive on time when she said she would, efficient in using her time whenever she is onsite. She also provides a detailed report after every appointment so there was no second guessing on what was accomplished. Talk about professionalism at its best! The rates are reasonable.
