House doors that lead to the pool need a self closing and latching device at 54 inches, an audible alarm or a power safety cover meeting ASTM F1346. The homeowner signs a notarized certification. The permanent fence must be finished before final inspection, so confirm current rules with Town permitting.
How close to the property line can a pool be in Trophy Club?
Trophy Club's pool permit says a pool must sit at least 6 ft from side and rear property lines and outside any easement. The water's edge must also be at least 6 ft from the house foundation unless a stamped engineered design is submitted. Pool equipment has to be screened from the street and neighbors.
