Love Puddle Pool Services! We are typically the do ourselves bc we’d rather it get done right kind of people BUT I can honestly say, they have met and exceeded our expectations. When our pool chemical levels needed attention, they made sure to monitor and add what was needed to balance it out, even if that meant checking back in outside of our regular cleaning day. Puddle Pools took over my highly corrosive pool from a previous company that wasn't testing and keeping the proper chemistry. This company was both diligent and persistent. They charged me for two hours of service but spent at least 4 times that amount of time at no extra charge until they found the problem. After exhausting every test for leaks in my pool, Jeff discovered a small leak in my pool filter which he quickly repaired and then followed up on two days later to make sure the drop in pool level was eliminated.
