Nicole in particular was excellent — always quick to respond, patient with my many questions, and genuinely helpful. They always stayed responsive and didn't nickel-and-dime us. Weekly service was consistent and the detailed reports with photos after each visit are a nice touch. Closing was handled well. Would definitely recommend, and I’m sure I will work with them again next season.
We had a really difficult time trying to find someone to start up our new salt water hot tub but puddle pools responded and got someone out immediately! Jordan was SO helpful and had amazing attention to detail. It was my first time owning a hot tub and he explained everything to me and made the process much less intimidating. You guys saved me so much stress and did an amazing job, thank you so much!

Moved into a new home 4 months ago with a pool and hot tub which we have never had before. It has been a bit of a learning curve. Puddle pools has great service and is very responsive. Got our pool going right away while we were waiting for our landlord to get a hot tub cover so we can start getting Puddle Pools to service it/clean it so we can start using it. By the time our landlord received the replacement hot tub cover we were deep into winter and the team at Puddle Pools not once gave up on helping to try and get it working despite how cold it is (negative temps) not to mention the insane amount of snow we felt defeated and advised the office to cancel our appointment, that we would just wait until the snow melted yet Reagan still showed up in a full snowsuit ready to belly climb under our deck to do what needed to be done. We appreciate the customer service from this company and look forward to hopefully years of working together!

First year to use Puddle Pools to do some work. Install a new salt system (good job) and close my pool for the season. We have used many pool services and Puddle Pools were easily the best. The closing was not just closing the pool, but also ensuring the pool itself was as clean as reasonably possible. Other vendors might do a superficial job, but Ryan and Regan went right at it, saving a lot of work for me in the spring. Both gentleman are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Extend that to Rachel and Lindsay in the office as well, quite helpful and nice to deal with.
