Our services
Pool Services Maple Ridge Residents Trust
Hot Tub Maintenance
Hot tubs are meant to help you relax, not stress you out. If your water’s cloudy, the jets aren’t working properly, or the heater won’t cooperate, we can help. We service all major hot tub brands and handle routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep everything running efficiently and avoid costly repairs later on.
General Services
Beach and water culture are huge all throughout British Columbia. There is hardly a person in the Maple Ridge area that is not a fan of sitting lakeside, playing a water sport or relaxing near the beach.
Pool Cleaning
Between work, family, and everything else life throws at you, weekly pool care can easily fall to the bottom of the list. Our weekly service keeps your pool clean, clear, and ready to use all season long. We take care of skimming, brushing, vacuuming, water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
Pool Closing
It is always hard to say goodbye to summer sunshine but it is even harder to say goodbye to your daily swim!
Pool Inspections
Maple Ridge has a rural charm with the accessibility of a city and that makes it perfect for pool owners! Every year, potential buyers go house hunting in search of the perfect space and that often includes a swimming pool.
Leak Detection
Noticing your water level dropping faster than usual? While some evaporation is normal, especially during warmer stretches, ongoing water loss could mean a leak. We use professional leak detection equipment to locate issues in the pool shell, plumbing, or equipment before they turn into bigger, more expensive problems.
Pool Opening & Closing
Maple Ridge weather can be unpredictable, and many homeowners choose to close their pools during the cooler months. We’ll properly winterize your pool in the fall and make sure everything is opened, inspected, and swim-ready when spring arrives.
Residential Pool Services
When managing a swimming pool, it is easy to get caught up on water chemistry and forget about the other aspects if your pool that keep it running.
Pool Maintenance
No matter how much you might enjoy a pool over the Summer months, closing down is a pain!
Water Feature Maintenance
Properties throughout Maple Ridge have a lot of character. From sprawling yards, to quaint gardens, homes and commercial properties can all benefit from adding a great water feature.
Pool Equipment Repair
Strange noises from the pump? Poor circulation? Heater not heating? Our technicians diagnose and repair issues with pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation equipment. We carry common parts on our trucks, which means many repairs can be completed on the same visit.
Green Pool Recovery
Missed maintenance, equipment failure, or time away can quickly turn a pool green. It happens. We specialize in bringing neglected pools back to life. With the right treatment and a bit of patience, we’ll get your pool clear, blue, and safe to swim in again.

Common Pool Problems in Maple Ridge & How We Fix Them
Heavy Rain & Water Balance Issues
Maple Ridge gets its fair share of rain, and frequent rainfall can quickly throw off your pool’s chemistry. Diluted chlorine levels and imbalanced water can lead to cloudy water or algae growth. We closely monitor and rebalance your chemistry to keep your water clear and safe, even during wet stretches.
Tree Debris & Organic Buildup
With so many mature trees around Maple Ridge, leaves, pine needles, and blossoms can end up in your pool almost daily. Left unchecked, this debris can clog skimmers and strain your equipment. We increase skimming and basket cleaning as needed to keep everything flowing properly.
Seasonal Temperature Swings
Warm days followed by cool nights can stress both your water chemistry and your equipment. We adjust treatment and inspect components regularly to make sure your pool stays stable and comfortable to use throughout the season.
Water Loss Confusion
Between splash-out, backwashing, and some evaporation during warmer weather, it’s not always obvious when water loss is normal. If levels seem to be dropping too fast, we’ll help determine whether it’s routine loss or a leak that needs attention.
Algae After Time Away
A few missed cleanings or time out of town can quickly lead to algae, especially during warm, wet periods. We offer vacation service and recovery treatments to keep your pool in good shape while you’re away, so you come home to clear water, not a green mess.
Kat and her team are the best, ive tried other companies and none come close to what they offer.
Been using Puddle Pools for over 2 years now. Great service. Always keep my hot tub super clean. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
I been using Puddle pools for cleaning my pool for a year now. It's been great experience. Highly recommend 👌
We have been using Puddle pool for 2 years now and it has been great. The service and communication is great. Luke does an amazing job of making sure the water in the pool is clean and safe to use. We love using our pool in the summer.
I was very happy with the service received from Kat at Puddle Pools. It was the first time I had used the company and it was peak-summer. Despite that, my call was replied to quickly and a visit to view the pool soon followed. The problem was discussed in order to isolate the issue and the remedy proposed, which has eliminated the issue.
We are newbies to owning a pool so needless to say it was pretty daunting to navigate through the maintenance. We feel very fortunate to have met Kat Lopez who not only helped explained the process, but walked us through it step by step. She is very patient and prompt in replying to queries. She would arrive on time when she said she would, efficient in using her time whenever she is onsite. She also provides a detailed report after every appointment so there was no second guessing on what was accomplished. Talk about professionalism at its best! The rates are reasonable. Our family is grateful we came across Puddle Pools! The rates are reasonable. We are happy to support a local business. We hope the owners know how fortunate they are to have Kat on their team! Thank you for all your help, Kat!
