Puddle Pool Services have been professional and transparent ever since I hired them. The clearly communicate when they are coming and always send an email stating their weekly service is completed. They even took away an old water heater for no charge that was in my back yard. They just care about their customers and do everything they can to earn your business.

Most honest and caring company I have found in a long time. I had called other people about fixing my fountain and no one ever showed until these guys. They called me back right away. Came out next day and fixed the leak in my fountain. The next day the pump quite working and they came right out and found it had some calcium build up on it. They took care of it for no fee.

Both Ryan and Jim were very patient with my questions. They were prompt, professional, and fixed my issue promptly. I won't hesitate to call them again!"
