They measured, build and install a beautiful pool cover for my large L shape pool based on my special requests, very fast and reasonable price. Since then they have been very responsive to other requests and even questions. Amazing team! I highly recommend them.

I am so grateful for Nims and his technicians! All his technicians are certified. Bhav was our technician and he has identified and fixed issues that had cost me thousands of dollars to repair but would only last temporarily because they didn’t get to the root cause. The team take pride in their work and won’t find things to bill you needlessly. In fact, their fees are exceptional for the stellar service they provide! I had almost given up on a good pool company until I came across Puddle Pool Services. I have had a pool for over 10 years and I have very high standards for the “health”of my pool. Most services hire teenagers who are less experienced and don’t come back the next season. Nims team are top rate.

We had a great experience with Puddle Pools. Nims installed a new pool heater and pump, fixed several leaks, and serviced our sand cartridge filter. He was professional, efficient, and great to work with. Nims remains easy to reach for any questions that come up and always has a solution or can connect us with someone who does. Everything is running smoothly — 20/10 recommend!
