When Skinner Filtration Plant water is delivered it is hard, at 13.3 to 13.6 gpg (average 13.4).
Why does my Menifee pool chemistry change after a top up?
EMWD fill water in Menifee changes with the plant supplying it: moderately hard from Mills or the desalters and hard when Skinner water is delivered.
