When I notified Puddle about my issue and asked them to not clean until I found the issue, that wasn't good enough for them. I talked with them about what I was doing to find the leak and instead of seeing me as an opportunity to sell something they talked with me about where I should focus my search. Wow. Jason and his team are the best around for all your pool needs. We have had multiple people work on the pool over the years and no one has taken care of it like Puddle. We were constantly losing water and brought it up to our old pool guys and they blew us off. We saw a sign for Puddle and they had the pool in top shape and the leak detected and fixed immediately. They are the best around and extremely affordable!
When we first switched over to Puddle, we were just hoping for better than our last pool service company, but Jason and his team have been accommodating and kind and have proven that they take pride in their work! I initially worked with a different pool company and they basically told me my pool could not be closed and I had to run the pumps during freezing weather (after charging me to close it). Casey from Puddle came out and took the time to research the challenging features in my pool and helped me to get it closed. They offered superior customer support at reasonable prices.
