Matt and team have kept my large pool & hot tub in good operating condition, and send regular reports so that I know the pool chemistry and when it has been serviced. They have performed better than the other ~5 companies I’ve worked with. Pricing is fair - they actually show up!

Puddle Pools did a great job cleaning my pool. As a first time pool owner, I was struggling to keep the algae away and my pool had gotten pretty out of control. They drained, deep cleaned the stains, and now do weekly cleanings. All for a great price. They’re also always great about communication and are super friendly. It’s nice knowing my pool is taken care of by people I can trust!

Puddle pools is the absolute best pool service I’ve ever had. I’ve had trouble with my pool chemistry for years because I’m surrounded by mature trees. I’ve cycled through 3 different companies and done it myself over the last 7 years, all with little luck. Since signing up with Puddle in May my pool has been absolutely immaculate. The weekly emailed service reports and pictures are so helpful. I’ve been out of town on and off all summer and I can’t tell you how amazing it is to come home to a sparkling pool. Previously, we always maintained our own pool. However, when we returned from a two week vacation, the pool was full of algae and we needed professional assistance. Puddle Pools was highly recommended to us. We couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, they were incredibly friendly and professional. We spoke to Matt Heinz (owner) and he initially scheduled us for Monday, but reached out and offered to have his Tech, Drew, come two days earlier, which we really appreciated. Drew was fantastic-- extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He came out on his day off! He immediately got to work restoring the pool and balancing the chemicals. It looks so much better already. He returned today (2 days later) to followup with the cleaning and chemicals. We have hired them on a weekly basis to maintain our pool. We're very impressed with the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing pool care.

Do you service hot tubs and spas?
Absolutely. We service both portable hot tubs and in-ground spas. We handle cleaning, chemical balancing, filter changes, and repairs.
How quickly can you come out?
For regular service, we can usually get you on our schedule within a few days. For repairs or green pools, we often have same-day or next-day availability.
What if I'm not home?
Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yep. Whether you’re hosting a party, getting the house ready to sell, or just need a one-time cleanup, we can help.
