Puddle Pools did a great job cleaning my pool. As a first time pool owner, I was struggling to keep the algae away and my pool had gotten pretty out of control. They drained, deep cleaned the stains, and now do weekly cleanings. All for a great price. They’re also always great about communication and are super friendly. It’s nice knowing my pool is taken care of by people I can trust!

Puddle pools is the absolute best pool service I’ve ever had. I’ve had trouble with my pool chemistry for years because I’m surrounded by mature trees. Previously, we always maintained our own pool. However, when we returned from a two week vacation, the pool was full of algae and we needed professional assistance. Puddle Pools was highly recommended to us. We couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, they were incredibly friendly and professional. We spoke to Matt Heinz (owner) and he initially scheduled us for Monday, but reached out and offered to have his Tech, Drew, come two days earlier, which we really appreciated. Drew was fantastic-- extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He came out on his day off! He immediately got to work restoring the pool and balancing the chemicals. It looks so much better already. He returned today (2 days later) to followup with the cleaning and chemicals. We have hired them on a weekly basis to maintain our pool. We're very impressed with the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing pool care.
