Common Pool Problems in Kelowna and How We Fix Them
Hard Water and Mineral Buildup
The Okanagan Valley is known for mineral rich water. Over time, calcium and other minerals can leave scale on your pool tile, make the water look cloudy, and put extra strain on your equipment. We carefully balance your water chemistry to prevent buildup and can remove existing scale before it damages your pool.
Spring Pollen and Debris
Kelowna springs bring a lot of pollen along with seeds and debris from nearby trees. This can quickly collect on the surface of your pool and clog skimmer baskets. During heavy pollen periods we increase skimming and keep baskets and filters clean so your water stays clear.
Summer Evaporation

Do you service hot tubs and spas?
Absolutely. We service both portable hot tubs and in-ground spas. We handle cleaning, chemical balancing, filter changes, and repairs.
How quickly can you come out?
For regular service, we can usually get you on our schedule within a few days. For repairs or green pools, we often have same-day or next-day availability.
What if I'm not home?
Most of our customers aren’t home during service. As long as we can access your backyard (gate code, key, whatever you use), we’re good. We’ll send you a service report after each visit.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
