"I was in the market to have a safety net installation. I requested quotation from big shops in Ottawa. Then I found puddle Pool Services online and gave them a chance. The quotations from the big shops were so sloppy and careless. A paragraph and then a huge price tag. Puddle Pool Services had the most professional quotation and most competitive price (significantly). At first I was a bit hesitant, I asked about services and material through email, and James replied with the most courteous and patient manner. They came on the date that they promised to measure, on the date that they promised to install. They have done very professional job. I certanly recommend them."

"Reached out to puddle pool services for a pool cover. We had reached out to 5+ companies to come give us a quote but refused due to it being a kidney shaped pool, everyone wanted us to measure it, which given the same is extremely difficult.
